Panna: Video Recipes & Classes App Reviews

Customer service takes three days to reply if the recipe is written incorrectly... even when ingredients are sitting on the counter. So, I sent in the issues I had, and they replied with directions to cancel my membership. If I didnt like their answer I could resubmit my question. They would again reply in another 3 days. No thanks! Cancel! We can get free recipes online.

Really love these videos and recipes. This promises to be a go to site for me.

Every time I cook something using this app its the same "I made this?!"

Downloaded this app and it keeps freezing up and not loading all the recipes as it should. Very annoying. Hopefully an update is out soon before my subscription actually starts. Was really hoping for this app to work smoothly. Fingers crossed.

This app is not good. Many recipes are wrong, and it takes so much time ask developer to correct them.

I love the recipes. Some simple, some complex. All good food. I appreciate the videos wirh each one. Helpful for sure. The different chefs, specialties, stories, etc are super cool. Thanks for a great app. It relaxes me.

Love all the recipes and the videos are a huge huge plus. However, I find myself forced to kill the app if I am just browsing recipes. After looking at 3 or 4 recipes, the recipes begin to show "(null)" and clicking one takes me to a random recipe. I looking forward to an update.

Ive completed at least five of Panna’s recipes and all of them turned out fantastic! The app has had a few bugs but theyre always improving it. I still think its worth the money and Ive recommended it to all of my friends. Perfect for people like me who arent great cooks but love to try and make unique and incredibly delicious food.

What a complete waste of time. There is no audio or additional information on the recipes without buying the issues. Free, NOT! Not wasting my time on any further text and recommend others pass.

No audio on free recipe vids! Looks great but frustrating to sample.

I purchased the subscription for this app and am very pleasantly surprised at how well the videos and recipes are so easy to follow! I made one of the recipes tonight and it turned out perfect :). Cant wait for the next issue...

I really like to concept, the app looks great and the instructions appear to be very straight forward. I would agree with other reviews that a few free recipes with audio would be nice to try before subscribing. Currently I am hesitant to subscribe without being able to try a recipe to its completion.

Love this new app. The recipes are great and this is so easy to use. i had the same problem with sound but was able to fix it.

The video is clear and easy to follow. It is great to follow well known chefs and it is user friendly

If you are going to make the app free also make the recipes free too. It is a complete waste of time getting this app.

This is great! I enjoy listening and watching the chefs, its like being at the chefs table. I love watching them do the prep, and then you can replay it as needed. I work in tv and the images and sound are high quality. Cant wait to see who will be in my kitchen tonight!

Looks nice but Im not paying for individual recipes.
