Subscription problem update!!

I purchased a one year subscription. I had to reinitialize my ipad. I had to do a restore of the puchased issues. The app confirmed the success of the restore, but i am unable to acces my issues. The app want me to buy a subscription.
Update: Great customer support and they solved my problem with the version 2.1.
The restore of the purchaaed issues does not word anymore!
