Glitchy app and sign up

Due to the recipes and promise of this app I was willing to overlook the initial crashing when trying to sign on or click on certain features. I had signed up for the app with one email address, but it was not allowing me to sign up for the free trial. I was getting an error message and eventually chose to create an account with another email address. Unfortunately I later found out, when billed that the first one had indeed gone through. I was disappointed when the company informed me that this is what happened in a callous, automated email that was very matter of fact and lacking understanding or concern. For such a minimal amount of money I thought what they had to offer would have been pretty great, but no deal can make up for a faulty app and less than satisfactory customer service.
