Inconsistent

When I originally purchased this app version 1.0 during its first run it was really good. However at some point they forgot my login, subscription,whatever and I was no longer able to logon. Finally decided to try it again and when I got the free trial I was unable to use the app. I was requested to update the app on my iPad and my iPhone and I could never get it to actually update. Now that the subscription trial offer is over it wants to actually try to update. I am very frustrated and I will give this one more go but if I cannot consistently access recipes I have paid for currently or in the past I will not continue to use this app.
