From WOW to HOW????

What I mean by my title is that I used to LOVE this app! I raved about in fact. I got this app for my mother to help broaden her kitchen experience. But when I received a notice recently that my subscription will be automatically extended at $22 (I think it was) I realized that neither of us has really used this app and continuing a subscription is rather pointless. The thing is, I cant for the life of me figure out how to d/c my subscription. I bought the subscription as an in app purchase but now have no way to stop it. They mention connecting to a web page but I never have but went to it hoping for a way out but every single time I try to fill in my email with the intention of hitting "forgot my password" its pure insanity. The sign in box wont stay in one place on the page long enough for you to enter even your email address. It is the most strange and irritating thing Ive come across in quite a while!!! While this app may be great, I have NO desire to be stuck paying for it forever!
